Henco Machinery will be exhibiting at Gulfood Manufacturing 2026, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 3 to 5 November 2026. Our stand is S-404, and we will be there for all three days of the show.

The invitation above shows what we are bringing: a complete forming and coating line — a patty former feeding a batter machine, a breading machine and the conveyors that link them. Processing and packaging exhibitors are spread across Halls 1–4, the Za'abeel Halls 1–3, the Trade Centre Arena and the Sheikh Saeed Halls, and the show runs alongside ISM Middle East, Gulf Host and Private Label Middle East.

What We Are Showing at Stand S-404

The line on the stand runs in the order a coated product is actually made:

• Forming — the patty or nugget is formed to a set weight and shape before anything is applied to it.

• Battering — the batter layer decides how the crumb adheres and how the finished coating behaves in the fryer.

• Breading — crumb application and, just as importantly, crumb recovery, because crumb is a real cost per tonne of output.

• Conveying — the transfer points between the machines, which is where lines are usually lost in practice.

Planning a Line? What to Bring to the Stand

An exhibition stand is a poor place to read a specification sheet and a good place to settle a question. These are the things that turn a five-minute conversation at S-404 into a usable answer:

• the product you want to make, and what it is coated with;

• the target weight and diameter of the formed item;

• the output per shift you need, not the output you hope for;

• photos or a plan of the space the line has to fit into;

• your power supply and voltage;

• whether the final product is fresh or frozen, because that changes the conveying and the crumb system.

Bringing these on paper beats describing them from memory — and if you send them to us before the show, we can arrive at the stand with the configuration already worked out.

This will not be our first edition. We exhibited at Gulfood Manufacturing in 2023, when the company was listed in the official exhibitor directory at stand K9-41 in Hall 9, and again in 2025 from stand Z4-C66. The stand is open for the full three days.
