What is your payment terms?
We have 3 kinds of payment terms as below: a) T/T: 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment b) L/C: 100% L/C irrevocable at sight c) Negotiable
Can you do our plug or logo?
Yes, we accept OEM / ODM order, you can send your logo before we start the order
If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
Our products are produced with strict quality control system, the defective rate will be less, we will repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss solutions including re calibration.
I am a dealer, can I be your agent in my area?
Yes, of course, Thank you for your interest in becoming our agent. We appreciate your enthusiasm and we would love to have you on board.
