Dubai Food Processing Machinery Exhibitions: Our Stands from 2023 to 2026

Gulfood Manufacturing is the processing and packaging exhibition that the Gulf's food industry plans its year around, and it is held at the Dubai World Trade Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road. We have exhibited at it in three different editions, from three different stands.

The Stands

2023 — Hall 9, stand K9-41. Our first edition, listed in the official exhibitor directory. The stand carried a fresh meat slicer, and the show is where the thin-slice conversation started. 2025 — stand Z4-C66. The second edition, at the same venue. The 2025 stand record covers where the stand sat and what the show is for.

2026 — stand S-404. The third edition, 3–5 November 2026. The invitation sets out the dates, the venue and the line we brought; the day-one report records what was actually on the stand — four processing lines, two of them on the floor.

What Changed Between the Editions

The stand number is the least interesting difference. What changed is what a visitor could put their hands on.

In 2023 the question on the stand was about one machine: how thin it would slice, and whether the slice held together. By 2026 the stand carried four line types — patty and fish fillet forming, fresh meat dicing, forming and coating, and slicing — because the buyers arriving from the Gulf were no longer shopping for a single machine. They arrive with a product and a floor plan.

That shift is visible in how the pages read. The 2023 pages are about a machine on a stand. The 2026 pages are about lines, changeover times and what to bring to a meeting.

About the Show Itself

Gulfood Manufacturing is held annually at the Dubai World Trade Centre, and it covers processing equipment, packaging lines and the ingredients and services around them.
