Materials, hygiene and what the specification numbers mean
All food contact parts on this hamburger patty and chicken nugget line are grade 304 stainless steel. Grade 304 contains about 18% chromium and 8% nickel. That balance is what keeps the surface rust-free in a wet processing room. For salty product or daily caustic cleaning we supply grade 316L instead. Grade 316L adds 2–3% molybdenum to the chromium and nickel. The molybdenum is what resists chloride attack and pitting.
Lean meat is roughly 70% water. Two practical consequences follow. Every cut face loses moisture until the product is chilled or packed. Water also carries bacteria, so drainage and cleaning matter as much as cutting speed. Smooth welds, sloped surfaces and tool-free guards are the practical answer.
Cutting clearance is held within about 5% of the target portion thickness. That tolerance is what keeps portion weights stable from the first piece of a shift to the last.
Chilled product normally runs at 0–4 °C and frozen product below −18 °C. Tell us which you process, because feed, blade and drive settings differ between the two.
What should you check before ordering a hamburger patty and chicken nugget line?
Ask any supplier three questions. Which grade of stainless steel touches the product? What cutting tolerance is guaranteed in writing? And which wear parts are held in stock? Learn more about the configuration options for your plant, or explore the rest of our machine range.

Hamburger Patty Chicken Nuggets Process Line regularly becomes the most ideal choice for the small or middle scale factory, home factory and dispatching center.
Why Build a Patty and Nugget Line Around One Line Design
Buying a former, a batter machine, a breading machine and a fryer separately usually produces a line that runs below the rate of every single machine. Our hamburger patty and chicken nuggets process line is sized as one unit: forming, coating, frying and freezing are matched so the throughput of the weakest stage sets a number you can plan production around.
Stage by Stage: How the Line Works
Frozen or fresh raw material is mixed and fed to the former, which presses it into portion shapes on a moving belt. Formed product passes through a battering stage, then a breading stage that coats every surface. Coated pieces move to the fryer to set the crumb, and then to a freezer or chiller before packing. Conveyor speeds and transfer gaps between stages are set so product never piles up or runs short.
Forming Patties and Nuggets on the Same Line
The forming stage uses interchangeable mould plates, so patties, nuggets, croquettes and vegetable shapes can be produced on one machine by changing the plate. Changeover takes a few minutes and needs no specialist tools, which is what makes a shared line practical for plants that serve several customers from one factory.
Matching Capacity and Layout to Your Plant
Capacity depends on portion weight and shape, so we size the line after you confirm the product matrix and target output. Layout matters as much as capacity: an existing building often decides whether the line runs straight or L-shaped, and whether the fryer sits before or after the freezer. We prepare a layout drawing for approval before production begins.
Installation, Commissioning and After-Sales Support
We trial-run the line with your product mix before shipment where possible. Commissioning covers positioning, wiring, setting each stage and training operators on changeover and cleaning. Spare mould plates, belts and blades are held in stock, and the same engineering team supports the line after delivery.
FAQ: Hamburger Patty and Chicken Nuggets Process Line
What is a patty and nugget process line used for?
It produces formed, coated and partially cooked products such as hamburger patties, chicken nuggets, fish portions and croquettes in one continuous flow, ready for freezing and packing.
How to choose the capacity of the line?
Start from portion weight, shape and target hourly output rather than from the largest machine available. Send us your product matrix and we will match each stage so the line runs at a rate you can actually sell.
Can the same line produce vegetable products?
Yes. Vegetable patties and croquettes use the same forming, coating and frying stages with different mould plates and a gentler handling setting, so vegetarian products can share the line.
What is the delivery time and warranty?
Single machines normally ship within 15 to 30 working days; a full process line takes 30 to 60 working days because of layout and mould plate production. All equipment carries a 12-month warranty.
